yes it can, and it can also take a havoc launcher for a total of 4 mounted weapons...but thats just according to the fantastic codex rules, there aren't enough mounting points on the model itself. They didn't put that many mounting points because all those weapons would cost 27 points, almost another rhino, and I guess they didn't figure too many people would do that.
On that note, I wouldn't suggest kitting out a rhino so much, seeing as how its going to be killed 1st turn if its fired heavily upon and 2nd if not due to smoke being popped.
I couldn't recommend helbrutes either but if you're in love with the
FW models like I am and must take them, take one with a missile launcher and reaper autocannon and keep it in the back.
I like your
ML havocs but not your mixed havoc squad. Each squad has a purpose, and you're trying to mix anti-elite with anti-horde.
I'd suggest giving all of your
PM squads rhinos because they need to reach the midfield to do their thing: take and give fire and capture points. Also I'd suggest giving them special weapons, 2 plasma guns per squad, preferably.
Also, your chaos lord is kind of expensive without having any actually threat. Equip him out with an artifact or two.
