Still a little early but a few thoughts.

For the cost of the prime you can basically get another brood of 3 venomthropes which is a much better investment.

Take one brood of 30 termgants for the tervigon troop choice. You don't need to run 3 now but one is still good for synapse and sitting its fat @ss on a home objective.

You have zero long range weaponry. You're likely better off with your fex brood having 3 heavy venom cannons (which, if've read the dex correctly) you can actually take 2 HVCs on each which would give you a very good firebase.

5 genestelers are going to do squat. Try to get some hormagants (a brood or 2) in to hopefully tie up defender by turn 2 to help reduce oncoming shooting.

does the tervigon have the option to spawn the 4d6 gaunts without buring out? it so thats a pretty good troops choice.
