As a late war list, you're going to struggle with armour heavy lists (Soviet IS-2's, Nazi King Tigers, US Jumbos) with only two high AT guns in this list (The Fireflys.)

Drop the 25 pounders to a 4-gun battery, get rid of the Heavy mortars and 3rd infantry platoon and see if you can fit some M10's or at the very least a platoon of 6-pounder AT guns. If yer worried about smoke options, the 3" mortars and 25-pounders will do you fine when you aren't using Night Attack (8 inches a turn with those Rams will get your boys down your enemy's throat quicksmart.) and you'll always have the direct fire smoke shots from your shermans.

Also, Priority air always sounds fun, but 7 turns of air is typically a waste as a clever opponent will mitigate this by just moving in close enough to your force so that any potential targets will be within 16" of your own platoons and therefore call the air attack off. Would drop it to "Limited" . (If anything, this might leave you enough points to max out that 3rd infantry platoon should you decide to keep it. )

2500 points tournament will be a long day, but so many points available makes for some fun large list building!

We usually run a 2500 or a 3000 pt roster but we use theese for are campaigns. Most games are 2200, but you have to pick from your list. Also for are campaigns we usually have two or three Aces or warriors. You may have a mix of them.
but overall we have alot of fun with are homemade campaigns. We are currently playing MArket Garden.
Your list to me looks fine overall. But i would a maxed out recon carrier patrol. I use one for my Armor and have had no disappointments with them.
