Is there any way to run the divy libby in another chapter besides allies? I really like him, but not a total HUGE fan of the smurfs...

No. He's Ultramarine specific. You can run him in another Chapter, but only if they ALSO use Chapter Tactics: Ultramarines.

You could also run him in a small allied detachment of UMs. Or, if you're just after divination, just grab a cheap inquisitor.

Im looking for the stats on an Inquisitor in the GK codex regarding Divination. I cannot find it. :\ Is it only in the inquisition codex?? Am I allowed to run an inquisitor in my marine detachment? (Im not trying to use you good folks as the rules. I just cant find things to save my life.)

So if im reading this right... I can my Primary Attachment as Red Hunters, and battle brother grey knights (red hunter chapter tactics as long as the grey knights are led by an inquisitor), then potentially TAKE VALKRYIES in my inquisitorial detachment?!
