Closest you're going to get is the plasma cannon on the Land Speeder Vengeance, which does either 3 plasma gun esque shots, or the one template. And only available on the completely terrible landspeeder vengeance.

Well, we've got the Landspeeder Vengeance. It's actually better than a dreadnought: Fast grav vehicle that can jink.
And nobody takes it because it has this... well... tendency to kill itself :/

Only if you forget vehicles get 3+ save for the purpose of gets hot. So only 1/18 chance for a shot to do a hullpoint.
