Overall I kinda like it, but I would make a few changes myself. I've never liked using warriors ( I think I used a group of 9 of them once and they got necron death rayed and 5~6 of them died first turn they were on), and normal genestealers always seem to die on me.
HQ
Seems fine, maybe give the Tyrant, hive commander and outflank that big group of gants or the tervigon. Keeps em safe and they can strike at the heart of the enemy - or capture those objectives you placed near the sides
I really don't like the prime. And I really don't thing the ymgarl factor is worth the points you pay for it. I know synapse is hard to come by but you actually have alot in this list already.
Troops
Looks fine up until the stealers and the warriors. I like how you kept the warriors cheap (ish) but if they run up the board with your warlord, they are gunna die. Genestealers are nice if you can get them in, and get the broodlords power off aswell. Do they need the adrenal glands though? They already have fleet (which is the major bonus
imo).
Overall consider taking venomthropes and hiding them as much as possible. They might make the warriors, stealers and all the little guys live that little bit longer!
Elites
Love zoans - maybe take together to avoid kill point issues. And like I said above consider venomthropes
Fast
Crones in twos might work. I'm not sure if I like this unit yet but I hope they work out for you.
Heavy
Looks great - make sure you dont loose them to deep strikers though! maybe stick a venom with them in cover for a 3+ at least!
