Have the gargoyles hang out in front of the exocrine hopefully in some type of cover if possible. Have the venomthrope also hang in the back field with them and the gaunts / mama to protect points / run for points. Gargoyle's in front of exocrine + venomthrope is a 3+ cover save for them so not a bad thing to have and venom can easily hide behind the model so no LOS to shoot. Tyrants and crones fly forward and proceed to unload upon enemy with exocrine lobbing backup at high armor units / hordes. Mawlocs can flush out aegis lines or in case of tank spam just pop up in front of tanks. Soak some damage, but should be able to get at least 1 into melee turn 3 as well as draw fire away from fliers. I know that Tau will destroy crones pretty hardcore, but if they are shooting them that means less guns going at the tyrants which allows the tyrants time to get into melee with super side units and such.
