So... I stumbled upon something strange on the GW description of the Nidz psychic powers:
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440161a&prodId=prod2340090a
As they are the psychic powers from Codex: Tyranids, they can be used in conjunction with Psychic Disciplines, which can be found in the Warhammer 40,000 Rulebook.
Which quite clearly isn't the case...
But, someone has taken the time to write that whole paragraf? FAQ incomming, or intern on the webstore?

Saddened on behalf of all the Ultramarines, Salamanders and White Scars players who got their Codex rolled into Codex: Black Templars. |

Its laziness....
The eldar card text...
"Warhammer 40,000 Psychic Cards: Eldar is the complete set of 14 Psychic cards available to Eldar collectors. It can be used in conjunction with Psychic Disciplines, which can be found in the Warhammer 40,000 Rulebook.
A fantastic accessory to your tabletop games, this set is available for a limited time only - order now to avoid disappointment."
and the nid ones....
Warhammer 40,000 Psychic Cards: Tyranids is the complete set of 7 Psychic cards available to Tyranid collectors. As they are the psychic powers from Codex: Tyranids, they can be used in conjunction with Psychic Disciplines, which can be found in the Warhammer 40,000 Rulebook.
A fantastic accessory to your tabletop games, this set is available for a limited time only - order now to avoid disappointment. "
The people in sales who make the text don't play the game.
Also, GW still refuses to understand what the "G" in their name stands for....its not "Collectors Workshop" we are war gamers, not collectors.

You know, the other explanation is that GW purposefully puts typos in books to try to force people over to digital editions. Maybe the language in the book is the typo, and somehow made it's way there from a playtester's edition?

And hordes of gorgeous women might show up at my house and want me to trade teaching them how to play 40k for intimate favors.
I can hope for it to happen, but the odds are...
