185 pt AV10 flyers? Nah, drop flyboss and RBJ. They're flyers, they don't need one more inch. The rest of the orks are alright, plenty of AI.
Also, your necrons are a little weak. They should be complimenting the orks, which means they need AT. Unfortunately, gauss warriors are not great for an entire army's AT.
Annihilation barge, Wraiths, D Lords, Power Klaws, Deffrollas I personally think would help this list with AT.

You could use night scythes to work with your jets. Str 7 tesla can drop a lot of armor and the troops can be used for last turn objectives

The plan is to use the wierdboyz to waaaagh every turn pumping my dakkajets to 18 shots and speeding up the foot sloggers to claim objectives. mean while because of imohtek night fighting should last three turns on average and then four from solar pulse giving me plenty of time to set up the board how i want it. the ghost arks and destructeks are tank hunting and so are the tomb blades.
flyboss can take me from 6 shots flat out to 12 or give my boyz fnp; well worth the points, as is the extra inch (5 points)
as for tank hunting point for point they're on of the best tank hunting units in the game especially in ghost arks and with a destructek not to mention tomb blades which are incredibly annoying to enemy tanks and really cheap
as for big shootas they're never worth the points; if 30 shots isnt gona do the trick then 34 wont either
