Looks pretty good list overall but I think that you invest too many points in your Elites, leaving only two Troop choices. You'll have tough time scoring at 1500p.

Other than that the list seems fine. Propably the best kind of jumper BA list there is (Vanguard are meh, but I've seen them work).
And Attack Bikes aren't necessary as you have AT options there, so they'll be mainly for TEQ-killing in the game. Or they'll end up cracking Rhino's

P.S. those AB's would be better in single unit.

The BA vanguard do have the edge over space marine vanguard because of heroic intervention

I would say drop the vanguard. Get a stormraven instead. Get rid of the second furioso without the pod, and get more troop, maybe a scout squad w/ sniper rifles?

There is only one furioso and the vanguard squad can charge immediately after arriving by deep strike making the best use of decent of angels rule

With full melta bombs the Vanguard can make a decent unit.
Pricey, but won't fail you. DoA + Heroic Intervention is a good combo.

Yeah, the problem is that you need to take out a LR or squad of 20 Guardians for them to be worth their points.
Possible, but the codex has better answers.

Corbulo needs to ride the pod with the Sternguard. Corbs + Sternguard = hilarious.
