I think compared to pictures i've seen of him and how he is described the model falls far short. Does anyone know of any non 40k models that might fit the role or possibly and easy conversion as I'm not very great

Other than sticking a second head on a Lord of Change I think you'll be out of luck. Whats wrong with the Fateweaver model? I think it's awesome.

if you're feeling Frisky you could get the FW Tzeech deamon and add a head, other then that you are going to either have to make it or find an out sider company

Really nice and easy way to get a kairos faetweaver is to use the demon prince and the two headed eagle head and Wings from the Warhammer fantasy Empire Karl Franz on deathclaw kit. swap the eagles claws for the demon princes feet and pose him on some rock and he will looks amazing. It does however come with a bit of a price tag, but as that kit comes iwth 4 possible heads for the eagle it will be a good investment for some more tzeentch demon princes in your army!
