I'm trying to build a starter list at 500 points for a mini-Nidzilla. I'd like some feedback on the choices I have here, I'll also supply some of what I have available to me to include for changes:

List One

HQ:
Tervigon w/Regen 195 (+30)

Troop:
2x10 Termagant

Fast:
Harpy w/Regen 155(+30)

Total: 490 - 10 points for Stinger Salvo or Adrenal Glands for the Terv


List Two

HQ:
Tervigon 195

Troop:
2x10 Termagant 80

Elite:
Zoanthrope 50

Fast:
Harpy 155

I also have 10 Gargoyles, 8 Genestealers build. An unbuilt Carnifex, an unbuilt Hive Tyrant, 40 unbuilt Hormagaunts, 10 unbuilt Gargoyles, Ripper Swarms, etc.

I'd love to get some feedback.

looks good mate i would probs try get 2 tervigons in the list will be hard top deal with them at that points and get lots of troops

In another thread I've been following it really seems like this is an illegal list
quick summary of why:

you MUST have a warlord
your warlord MUST be a character
Tervigons aren't characters anymore.

as for fixes, maybe assemble that hive tyrant with wings and devourers and make that an HQ.

Check forum rules for army list posting. Don't put upgrade costs in your list it can get the forum into trouble.

As for the list Tervigons aren't great even at 500 points. Plus as stated it is not a legal Warlord.

Flyrant with Devourers is only 5 points more than your Tervigon and which is better?

You've written Harpy but paid points for a Hive Crone, the later is better and would be my choice. Though a Dakkafex offers more for 5 points less. I wouldn't bother with regent just get more bodies.

Working off and tweaking what Flingitnow said, how about this:

HQ
Hive Tyrant-Wings, 1 Twin-Linked Devourer- 215
Tervigon- Adrenal Glands- 205

Troops
10 Termagaunts- 40
10 Termagaunts- 40

500 on the nose.

This one gives you 2 MC's, good synapse cover and option to spawn more units.
