I was thinking about painting all of my Khorne units (Including all the HQ's and Elites etc..) into a colourscheme of Nurgle. I was wondering if anyone has advice on how to properly paint some of the HQ's of Khorne (Herald on blood throne, karanak, Skulltaker) in a Nurgle themed paintjob but one that doesn't make it look too stupid or makes it look like a failed experiment

Any Ideas/Advice??

Outsmart what you can't beat, and beat what you can't outsmart.

The problem is that Nurgle isn't just a paint scheme, you gotta make them look diseased and grubby. I just can't see how Nurgle Khorne daemons make any sense or how you'd get it to look any good.

Cult CSM on the other hand works well, I had a lot of success painting Berserkers as Alpha Legion

I have to agree both units look way different. Conversion will cost you about the same as buying a new one. Maybe trade etc.
