Hiya I've posted here before and I just found out the local GW store is having an event http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/content/article.jsp?aId=28500002a outlined here and I would really like to go and play some games!

However my sons were able to get to my beloved Sons of Russ and have total wrecked them to where I basically have to reassemble them. That's not the problem, the issue is I have no clue what to bring?

All I have unit wise is what comes in the SW Battleforce + TWC + Logan. also the drop pod.

So thats 20 GH/BC/WG (that is greyhunters, blood claws, or wolf guard in regular power armor since i am pretty broke right now)

I think maybe kitted out I could have somewhere around 750pts?

I'm thinking maybe 2 units of 5 wolfguard, 1 in a dp with combi-meltas and 1 10man pack of greyhunters? led by logan with TWC just running distraction with stormshields? and idk about the scouts, all i have for them is either shotguns/bolters/1heavy bolter.

thoughts? opinions!?

Just checked and the drop pod is gone apparently so that option is out. Also maybe 1000pts would help me more with options? I realized in a 750pt game logan takes up a nice chunk so maybe 1k would be better to include him?

I also want to be somewhat competitive since other then playing with my brother this would be my first time playing against other people.
