Now I know the CCS w snipers is a bit odd but didn't know what else to give them/the vets for 15pts so I figured why not.

Also for the vets just take auto cannons forget the flamers.
and the chimera goes to the CCS after that GL and don't roll bad.

Personally I think IG lords of war are pointless as far as competitive armies go, they get screwed by Tau suites, terminators with combi meltas, sternguard, other IG and Eldar lances. IG air force with vendettas is around same points and will never fail you (no one has enough sky fire for 9 vendettas) and 27 TL lascannons will screw Eldar titans or FMC

I think this would be true provided there was only one threat, but w 2 vendettas as well I should think there would be less of an issue.
On the contrary I'm used to playing 500pts (haven't played over 1000 in nearly 3 years!) and so everything I just said May be invalid...
And yes I am aware of the capabilities of 9 vendettas however (aside from the fact it wouldn't fit into the points limit) it doesn't appeal all that much either.
