The AAtides for me are only really worth it with ECPA or something similar. But I can see their function in your list (MC saturation, filling in for Missilesides and Skyrays as HS is full).
The R'Varna battle suit is immense but my concern is you almost completely lack Ap2 (rending if you Nova the AAtides your only option). Meaning for me Trip Dreadknight will pretty much walk over you and O'Vesastar, Seerstar and Gravstar will largely laugh at you. You will nail Nidzilla to the wall though.
I would drop the spare Kroot to get EWO on the Missilesides. Other than that it looks solid except for my conceptional issues mentioned above.

Since you are already using FW how do you feel about a couple sensor towers to allow those burst riptides to reroll 1's to hit? For 30 pts and a markerlight on top of the reroll 1's it seems like a good deal.
Just to be sure. You have seen the new R'Varna rules where the weapon is AP4 and the nova doesn't allow you to shoot the turn after?
Your army will be an interesting one where you have no weapons with AP better than 4 and yet it doesn't really matter.
Will the riptides be fusion or SMS?

I don't think Burstides really work without a way to counter the 'Gets Hot' on the Nova-charge profile. You need 3 markerlights per Riptide to allow rerolls of 1 otherwise you could be taking an average of 6 wounds per turn.
Have not used the R'Varna but surely it is fairly markerlight dependent as well? It's an expensive unit that won't reliably get the most out of it's pie plates without decent markerlight support.
Personally I would drop at least one Riptide somewhere and turn your commander into a Mark'O'Commander with many marker drones.

His commander already does everything a Riptide needs from markerlights.

For one of five riptides a turn. Which may work out fine, I have no experience trying it.
I generally run armies with a couple of markerlight sources so I have the option of buffing a couple of units with + BS and Ignore cover if necessary.

Yes my point is a single Mark'O only effects 1 unit. The buffmander makes a Riptide (of whichever variety) kill a unit. Though he could add a Mark'o too to give him more divergence he doesn't want to drop or change the buffmander as he's better for Riptides than MLs.

One burst tide with velocity tracker and a buff commander should be more than enough for av14 and flyers- i would downgrade the other 2 to EWO ion accelerators to get some ap2. With freed up points you might be able to fill out your kroot some more.
Also note you need to attach shield drones to your riptides to make them joinable by the commander (although from your list im assuming he goes with the broadsides). If you don't plan on attaching him to a riptide (he should go with a burstide if he goes with one- math says hes most efficient there), you should consider downgrading all your riptides to ion accelerator EWO riptides. That alone should save you 45 points.

This is wrong. A riptide does not need drones to have an IC attached to him.

Thanks for the blunt correction.
The rest of my post stands though- Don't think this list is optimized.
