Flower Picking Eldar Youth

Hello.
I started playing 40k few months ago and got interested in making a Black Templars army inspired by Venom Spam.
This is planned army list.
HQ:
Chaplain Grimaldus 185p
Troops:
10 Crusader Squad with a chainswords and a Sword Brother 150p
10 Crusader Squad with a chainswords and a Sword Brother 150p
10 Crusader Squad with a chainswords and a Sword Brother 150p
10 Crusader Squad with a chainswords and a Sword Brother 150p
Dedicated transport:
4 Land Raider Crusader with 4 multi-meltas 1040p
Total: 1825p
Plan is to start everyone in Land Raiders which move closer to objectives while shooting anything that will will hurt troops inside. Then close to objectives troops will get out and hold them.
If there are only fewer then 4 objectives some of the troops will hold them and rest go around in Land Raider getting out to destroy infantry and empty Land Raiders will shoot units my troops cannot practically assault.

The LoS potential here is HUGE....I feel like the troops should be more kitted out for shooting to abuse this. Or at least 2 of the 4 squads.
No list is prepared to fight 4 land raiders, short of a flying circus CD list

I feel abit need for more neophytes for meatshields... and potential 4+ wounding grav guns...
instead of grimaldus.. i think a Beefy captain would do better with the shield eternal.
Then again this looks like fun.
