The whole point of this list is to be on the enemy side of the field and in combat on turn two. With multiple Big monster and tones of horde, the opponents will not no what to concentrate on.
The 3 Exalted rewards is for both the Grimoire and the Portalglyph, while giving me a bigger chance to 2,3 or 5 on the Exalted rewards table.

Is this for competitive play or for friendly games?

Just so you know, Khorne princes are the worst of the daemon princes because of the lack of shooting and because they are very fragile.

If I wanted to make this list more competitive I would swap the bloodthirster with Fateweaver and add a Slaanesh DP and a Tzeentch DP. This will be too many points, so the Flesh hounds will have to cut down to 10 though.

Mostly for friendly games, I'm building my army more for laugh and giggles.

I'm not too worried about shooting, I simply want to close the gap asap, and get into combat on second turn.

You should probably give the Daemon princes some armor then because T5 5++ doesn't last that long, especially in combat.

Good list! At 1250 points, your opponent isnt going to have much to deal with your 3 FMCs.
