Sorry if this has been asked before.

I have a model with 2 attacks base. If the model has Frenzy it gains the Extra Attacks and Immune to Phsychology special rules. If the model has an extra hand weapon this gives it the Extra Attack special rule.

Does the above model with Frenzy and extra hand weapon have 4 attacks or can it only benefit from the Extra Attack rule once and stays at 3 attacks?
