What Book has the info?

Incorrect again! ...sortof. You had the right book, but its not called IA apoc 2nd ed.
Most recent rules are in Imperial Armour: Apocalypse (2013), page 62-63. (chaos reaver titan on the cover, as opposed to 2nd ed, which has an imperial reaver titan)
Not to be confused with IA Apocalypse 2, or IA Apocalypse Second Edition, OR the out of date rules on the FW site. Thanks for keeping things simple FW! *rollseyes*
