Looks good to me, presuming it's in shadows or a predominantly grey/black environment. How will you be basing it? I've always liked Lictors with terrain-heavy bases, as if they're in cover, waiting for a victim.

And can you give us a parts break-down on on the conversion? I recognise some but not all the bits.
