I see what you're doing. Just be careful about moving up the DP (who cant take MoN btw) as you will be DSing the GUO and termie star so he will be alone against small arms fire.

It might be troop light. A good rule of thumb is to take 1 troop choice for every 500 points, and you are taking pretty much the bare minimum. Granted PMs are good troops, but maybe you should take 7 in each squad. Make the points by losing a terminator, or the rewards on the GUO. Not sure where.

you are hurting bad for Anti air and anti infantry. you got alot to deal with vehicles and MCs but someone throws a horde at you and you are looking at tarpit central. my personal opinion, drop the vindicators, drop the soul grinder and drop on gift on the GUO and take 2 heldrakes and an aegis defense line, that will give you 2 flying torrent templates with a s7 vector strike and 4 TL s7 skyfire shots.

^ this is what you want to do. Maybe plauge zombies as well, they're an extremely cheap troops choice and a lot more resilient than normal cultists

Flyers aren't really a problem where I play now so I don't need to be able to bring one down. so with that in mind heres attempt two.

This gives some anti infantry with the 3 combi flamers typhus has his destroyer hive to blast a large group of enemies and the black mace is good for hordes too.
