Does the venomthrope give shrouded to the whole unit or just models within 6". It seems like in the rule book that it is only models, however I have heard people arguing both ways. Is there something in the book that I am missing? Any help would be awesome. Thanks

Shrouded USR states the answer to that.

First its venomthorpe, not zoanthrope.

But the important thing is that while the venomthrope only gives shrouded to models in the unit, the shrouded rule gives the entire unit shrouded if there is at least one model in the unit with it. So the unit will all have shrouded because shrouded is one of the USRs that gets conferred to other models in the unit.
