5 psykers and 3 big guns are scary.
I assume the Horrors are holding objectives while the rhinos rush forward to rapid fire range and then blast away.
Sorcerers with MoT to make 1k sons troops?

The only problem I can see it the lack of long range anti armour and very few reliable AP2 options..
You could drop one vindicator and add a las sponsons pred which would offer some versatility. This way you would have something that you can park at 48" and shoot at stuff that needs to go down urgently, like before it takes out the rhinos and forces your small sized squads to walk the rest of the way. I also would consider some plasmas for dealing with TEQs. The chosen I believe are for assault purposes (hence both special weapons being assault) but they would have no chance against any squad with 2+s which you might run into very often. Consider plasmas.

Love that you're taking vindicators, good choice taking 2. 1 vindie will disappoint, you need to take 2 or 3. Daeomic possesion and/or a combi-bolter are highly recommended to keep this guy firing.

LoC is the divination pysker to take if you dont want to buy an escort unit for the herald

You have no troops! the thousand sons and chosen are both elites. Make one of your sorcerers a tzeentch one. Also take AoDG and spell fams on them both.

You're already taking thousand sons, dont hamper yourself further by taking chosen!

Might I suggest:

Sorcerer- MoT, ML 3, Spell fam, AoDG
Sorcerer- SoC, ML 3, Spell fam
9 thousand sons- rhino (sorcerer goes here)
9 thousand sons- rhino (sorcerer goes here)
Vindicator- Daemonic Possession, Combi-Bolter

I know the spawn seem oddly placed but trust me here, thousand sons need something fast and tanky on the board turn 1 to threaten your opponent and take some fire off of everything else. Run these 8 guys up the board and you will not be dissapointed.

Does this look ok? 3 vindi blasts one phlegm large blast 7 sorcerers if you count the horrors (flickering fire is so good) this is about as much sorcery i cant fit into the list!
