What do You think, is it possible to convert Vitrix or Perry Napoleonic soldiers into IG? They re same proportions or thinner? How I can make 60 lasguns?
And I prefer 18 century infantry but as I seen they make Napoleonic.

I'm going to bump this question, as I too am interested. I have been eyeing Victrix's highlander napoleonics for an IG conversion, but figure I'll ask before pulling the trigger.

I am afraid that the GW figures' scaling seems to be all over the place, from 25mm to 28mm.

Yeah, the proporations are so off, they just don't work, and generally end up looking pretty poor.

So don't them for an IG conversion! Everything is so off scale, even the heads are significantly smaller.

That figures, I had a feeling that they wouldn't match up. GW, in their own special way seem to have made their 40k figures in cartoony dimensions compared to the "toy soldier" Napoleonics.

I guess it's time to break out the green stuff.
