is the rule swiftstrike in the nid codex cumulative? can I pontentially be I 11 (10 because maxs out) if I have trip sets of lashwhips or lashwhips and lash whip and bonesword etc?

it just says ' a model attacking with this weapon gets +3 bonus to its initiative futon the fight sub phase' seeing as they are two different weapons makes sense that it is cumulative, any rulings or thoughts?

I'd say no. For the same reason that a space marine attacking with 2 powerfists is not S16 (maxed at 10).

You attack with one weapon, and gain the advantages and disadvantages, if you have a second weapon, you gain an extra attack (in most cases) and have the option to use either weapon.

If you have multiple weapons, you must pick one to attack with. So you would only get the bonus once.

No, they dont stack for the exact same reason - youre only using one melee weapon

here, tyranids use one *pair* of weapons at a time, and can have 2 pairs total.

What about a Venomthrope, its wargear clearly says "lashwhips" plural....

Isn't there a melee profile for Lashwhips, and one for Bonesword and Lashwhip? Lashwhips would be what the venomthropes have, with Swiftstrike for using the pair as a melee weapon. Once again not stackable nor does it matter when charging in terrain

How many can you use at a time?

The codex also says that all melee weapons are listed as pairs but count as a single weapon.
