Subject: Best Necron heavy supports?

Hello. New to the game so im making a list . Undecided on which heavies to get. I currently have 356 points spare
This is my list so far
Destroyer lord with weave and mind shacks
20 warrior blob
9 warriors with ghost ark
9 warriors with ghost ark
6 wraiths (5 with whips.)
I am mostly going to be up against an infantry based chaos marine army.
I am steering towards 2 doom scythes and just throw in a particle caster on a wraith with the last spare points, but im questioning how many infantry models the "death ray" can take out within a turn.
Could i be better off just whacking out a few dooms arks with large blasters or even go cheaper and take aa barges.
Even a triach stalker is in my mind just for the targeting relay.
The monolith isnt really interesting me so i think ive counted that out. Maybe im wrong there who knows.
Any thoughts and comments are appreciated.

The Annihilation Barge is soooo cheap for what it does, that they're probably one of the best values in the codex. Add a handful of Scarabs, and you're taking out most any vehicle in a single volley of fire. A TL TD has a 63% chance to score at LEAST one 6, so you're probably dropping 5 hits on a target when you shoot at it, most of the time. Get that AV down to 9 or so... and you're reliably wrecking a vehicle a turn from HP loss.
The Doom Scythe can help out with Anti-tank, but is pretty garbage against infantry, unless they're lined up in a neat little row, you're unlikely to hit more than 5 models from a given unit. Even then, 3 or 4 would be my reasonable expectation.
Monoliths play to a certain style of list. If you're doing a lot of foot slogging, being able to redeploy your units can be pretty handy.
Tomb Spyders are cheap for MC's, and can really stiffen the backbone of your footslogging infantry by helping out with counter Assault. Plus, what's not to like about pumping out free Scarabs?
DDA are a kind of awkward unit, at best. They do fill a role, in that they can quickly put the hurt on MEQ / TEQ units stuck in the open, and they're a respectable weapon against mid AV vehicles.

Thinking dooms arks will have more impact. ? If the wraiths/ d lord are deepstriking alone, theyll most likly attract all fire. But with dooms arcs i could take out a reasonable amount?
3 aa barges could also work well. Atleast the barges will advance quick and deter some of the shooting. Keeping the wraith squad alive . If so That would leave 86 points. Not sure how to spend them. Scarabs perhaps but i think im up against a lot of infantry with maybe quite a few flamers etc...

You've got a great start to your list.
Annihilation Barges are the best HS option for the Necrons. They're cheap, and the Tesla on them is great against infantry and a threat to vehicles up to AV13. You've got plenty of Warriors and Gauss to deal with AV14 so your bases are covered. On your list they also build a good AV13 wall.
The Doomscythes would be the next best option on your list since you don't have flyers. Most will agree squeezing in 1-2 Nightscytes will be better for you anti-flyer wise.
Both the Monoliths and Stalkers (they're Elites) become more beneficial with More Footslogging armies. Same goes for the Spyders if you think you're going to get Assaulted a lot. You really only have the one unit worth assaulting, and only then after dealing with the D-Lord/Wraiths.
Doomsday Arks are tricky to use, and a bit too expensive. They'd work on your list, but you'll probably be happier with the Annis, and using the leftover points on more useful stuff.
With so many points to spare, you could easily squeeze in 2 Barges and a Nightscythe with some Warriors. If you need to squeeze a few more points out, drop a Whip Coil. 1 in 3 is generally enough. 3 Annis, are just as good, but limits the variety in your list.
One thing I'd SERIOUSLY consider doing is getting an Overlord in that Blob of Warriors with an Orb and a SWeave or PShifter (both are not necessary). Put it in the middle of the unit to soak wounds if the unit takes heavy amounts of fire. This will make sure that you get Their reanimation, and that there is a unit there for the GAs to replenish. The Overlord would also give you access to 2 Cheap Crypteks to fill those slots in the GAs. I'd put in Destructeks or Tremorteks.
Alternatively, you could drop the squad to 15 (or 14+Overlord), and grab a Nightscythe for the unit. This will allow you the option of starting the squad on the board between the Arks, or dropping em off later on, depending on the scenario or setup.

As everyone has said, the Annihilation Barge is point for point the best HS unit. It can anti infantry, blow up light vehicles, and the under slung weapon should be a Tesla Cannon for easy infantry killing.
The Doom Scythe has always been good to me. Use it against parking lot armies (read, IG, certain SM lists, etc.). It's also a good TEQ killer, what with it's S10 AP1 main gun, and the Tesla Destructor to back it up.
Monoliths are an iconic unit that have largely fallen to the wayside and are rather expensive for what it is. It can threaten light vehicles and suck up dudes that get a little too close, but I would honestly look elsewhere for HS.
I haven't personally run Canoptek Spiders, so I can't comment on them.

Straight Cost to benefit Annihilation Barges everyday of the week.
First thing I do when building my *competitive Necron lists is set aside 270 points for 3x Annihilation Barges.
AV13 with a Jink. and TL Tesla Destructors
ABs are great against every kind of unit. AV14 withstanding Gauss *cough* *cough*
I think they are even better when they have to snap fire. every miss first time is chance to roll a 6 the second time around.

Statistically 5.3 hits at full BS, 3.7 hits snap firing for the destructor.

As others have said, you can't go wrong with Barges in the heavy support slots.
My 2nd preference is Spyders. The ability to spawn scarabs can be huge and being a unit of monstrous creatures means you can join IC's to it (like Obyron) for more fun after the scarabs get out of range.
3rd is Doom Scythes
4th is Monolith (though depends since AV14 is a pain for many armies these days but it's more of an overall tactical piece than an aggressive one in my opinion.)
5th is the DDA. I've never seen these used effectively in the last 6 months. They are expensive and would require me to ensure I have plenty of Night Scythes for anti-air.

In building a list around Doomsday Arks and Sentry Pylons. The massive range and firepower seems good agains the current meta.
I always lose first blood. It's always an annihilation barge.
I have always gotten my doomsday ark killed early when I've played them, but two AND a pair of Sentry Pylons...?
But the standard competitive answer is definitely Annijilation Barges. So maybe I'm nuts.
