In a months time, ish, roughly. I have a Tournament, 1000 points, and this place is basically Mos Eisley. You will never find, a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. Its the beardiest cheesiest place ever.

So, in walks me, with a fluff chip on his shoulder, looking to take something that is A) at least arguably fluffy. B) Semi-Competetive and C) Visually varied and pleasing.

Also, this is part of a Hobby Challenge. Pre Heresy Army of 1000 points built and painted in a month, a friend of mine is doing Emprahs Kids, as the rivalry is pretty intense.

This is pre heresy, so anything that can be bought from FW to be pre heresy, will. Even the Scouts will be the Recon Squad

For a pre-heresy list the razorbacks dont make any sense, the STC for them wasnt discovered until after the HH had concluded (hence why traitors have none). Also having a special weapon in small tactical squads goes against the latest fluff of larger bolter based HH tactical squads. Obviously to be competitive you have to overlook some of the fluff but those two stick out like a sore thumb currently.

What would you suggest as replacements? Rhinos and just regular bolters?or a Heavy Bolter?
