That's 1662 points by my count.

You have a ton of markerlights, but not that much tau to markerlight support. 4 markerlight tokens are all you should ever need(enough to strip cover and get BS5). The fire warrior markerlights won't work with the squad's shooting, only coming into play if a second unit shoots. Being markerlight heavy is fine if tau are your primary allies, but as secondary allies it is overkill.

Keep the pathfinders as markerlight support, but drop the "ui's altogether. Try to get a broadside or two for some more shooting.
