I would drop the stims off the tides and add another squad of path finders because your gun line and Tau in general needs a good amount of markerlight support. Each Tide will increase in effectiveness with the assistance of ML to maximize shooting. If you don't need Fireblade, then get some more. Maybe, run 3 squads of paths and split the fw into 3 squads of 8. Thats how I would run it to get the most out of this list.

With the eldar. In a competitive look, you would drop the rangers and add squad of jet bikes to grab / contest objectives.
Also give the farseer a jet bike too.

Hope this helps

I agree you don't need the stims on the riptides. Dropping those gets more markerlights, or just killy stuff altogether.

Fireblades are somewhat inferior to etherals, although the markerlight and extra shot at full range is worth it if you know what your doing. You only need one ethereal to pop your 6+FNP until something gets close and you unleash storm of fire, but stubborn and running+snap can be useful too.

Behind an ADL, few things can shoot through 4+ cover and 4+ armor, and if they can a few invul saves won't matter. Change the shield drones to missile drones for the broadside team. In the end the drones are really just bullet sponges, but at least the missile drone shoot back. Also make sure to keep an IC with them for Ld10.

Rangers and jetbikes do different things, and although jetbikes are generally more useful, rangers work very well in trained hands. Giving the farseer a jetbike is usually a good call, but on foot you can bubble in with the broadsides, handing out buffs and Ld10.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.
