A little bit of explanation might help here, but I think this is a kind of interesting list building problem. Enjoy!

I'm playing an eldar force in a local map based campaign at the moment, and in-game events have conspired to give me a small detachment of space marines in addition to my main eldar armies. I don't play space marines. I've already got a small number of Grey Knights painted up and ready to go for a future project that I'm working on, and I really want to use them in the game. Since the campaign allows us to use allies, I've just decided to use the GK I have as allies to the little space marine force I've been granted.

It's all a little confusing, but I'm looking for some advice on what base space marine list would compliment them most effectively.

Here are the Grey Knights Allies I'm working from.

HQ
GK Ordo M. Inquisitor
w/ Terminator Armor, Hammer, Psycannon, and x2 Servo-skulls

Troops
GK Termies x5
w/ x1 Hammer, and a Psycannon

Fast Attack
GK Interceptors x5
w/ x1 Incinerator

Current Total = 461 pts
That ally list is what I've got - there's a little wiggle room with wargear. For example, those servo-skulls are just tacked on to eat up the last couple of points. Now that I think about it, it may be better to stick a halberd on the Interceptor Justicar. Next "turn" in the game I'll probably spend the points to make the inquisitor a psyker, but for this turn I'm just about maxed out.

Other than the fact that they must be the primary detachment, I've got a lot more latitude with the Space Marines. I have 500 points to build the list, which I'm allowed to add to with points from my main "pool." I'll be borrowing these models from friends since I own precisely no space marines, so don't worry about model availability. I could probably push the SM part of the list to around 600 pts by subtracting some from what I've spent on my Eldar, but don't want to go higher than that under any circumstances. Here's the list I'm currently contemplating:

HQ
SM Librarian

Troops
Tactical Squad x10
Flamer and Missile Launcher

Razorback
w/ Lascannon and TL Plasmagun

Tactical Squad x10
w/ Flamer and Missile Launcher

Heavy Support
Thunderfire Cannon

It's coming in at 560pts right now. Chapter tactics are also negotiable.
