Hi,
Below is the list of the army I'm building but I can't decide if I should swap out one harpy for another crone.
Thoughts?

I would say Crone, in that list you have a ton of Anti-infantry so i think the crone would work better and focus on hitting big targets or other flyers.

So the Tyrants have Wings and TL BL Devourer x1? Or two?

I ask because I am trying to make a nid list.. Still getting used to how to add the weapons.

If you're taking dakka flyrant I would add the second pair of devourers to each one. You'd need another 30 points but it is definitely worth it. Other than that it looks like you have a list you're happy with so go for it.

I am reading through the new codex now.

In the old codex I have always used the TL devourers with brain leech worms. I plan on doing the same with the new edition. It does't look like too much has changed there.

It makes for great anti air. It won't be as good as a hive crone it seems, but it is multi-purpose. With 12 TL shots, I am able to hit with around 9 of them pretty reliably. That equals a LOT of saves! ... Cause us bids don't have much in the way of AP.

If you want to keep you Biovores in synapse range and advance the hormagaunts your opponent just needs to focus down your Zoanthropes to completely debilitate your force. You could keep the Flyrants close to home to babysit but that will severely hamper their flexability and that is one of their best features. Also you should equip your Flyrants for melee (LW and BS, perhaps TS) or full dakka (second Devourer). The dual Dakka Flyrant is fairly standard for a good reason, it's called awesome! Further, you've got a lot of points invested in hormagaunts and I'll tell you from experience, there are many armies that can safely ignore them without upgrades. TS would increase their CC attack power 50-100% and AG would increase their run/charge distance and let them glance vehicles to death. I know both would be twice the cost but it makes them a threat that cannot be ignored. At the very least one or the other should be considered IMO.

My two cents. Hope it helps
