Tactics: Ive found death leaper and 2 mawlocs work well together. But this list feels like a Super Beta strike tho so first blood is rare. objevtives and kill points the army works well with.

So i dont know If this list is competitive. Ive won only three games in a row 2 of which i consider very good players. First I played AV13 spam necrons, second I played death and despair necrons, and third I consider a "fun" player and he was playing dark eldar/eldar with baron some goodies mostly splinter cannon spam. So this list is faring well.

Feel like the damage output of this list is very lackluster in comparison to Tau or Eldar or even space marines but I like the Nids and wish to make the Nids the competitive, and feared army we once knew. Please Help.

I would depoint you HT. He is clearly a shooty guy so drop TS. Consider dropping the template too. It just seems too situational.

Drop a Terma brood and give your fexs VCs. There is your long range Anti-tank. The Devs combined with the FHT should be enough dakka for anything that they can kill.

Also, drop a Zoan unit and find some more points for a Crone for more AT or get a unit of Lictors for the Mawlocs. Your army doesn't synergize very well. You have enough of the right stuff but if you cut down a little bit you can make your other units dramatically better.
