HQ: 460 Points
Flyrant w/ x2 Devourers (Warlord)
Flyrant w/ x2 Devourers
Elites: 140 Points
Zoanthrope x1
Venomthrope x1
Venomthrope x1
Troops: 330 Points
Tervigon w/ Electroshock Grubs, Cluster Spines
Termagants x30
Heavy Support: 655 Points
Tyrannofex w/ Acid Spray, Electroshock Grubs
Exocrine
Dakkafex x2
1585 Total.
My basic plan before it all goes to hell on turn one is move the walking MC blob of death up with the 30 Termagants screening them and one of the Venomthropes (hiding behind the Tervigon to hopefully block LOS) straight down the middle while the Tervigons spawns spread out and make a nuisance of themselves. Let the Flyrants do they do best and have the Zoan, 1 Venom and the first Tervigon spawned Termagants to camp my backfield objectives if there are any.
So possible enemies I will be facing are - Tau (Most likely), Space Marines, Dark Angels, Grey Knights, Imperial Guard, DKoK.

You maths is a little off. Youve spent 330 on troops not 320 and your list totals to 1585 not 1595.
I'd get an ADL to maximise the efficiency of the Venomthrope(s). Perhaps dropping one for it or all the Thorax swarms and a Devourer.
Your biggest issues are you can be dealt with piecemeal and all your Synapse is out in the open. But 2 Flyrants should be tough to deal with initially and then lots of MCs following up (the only issue being I only need to kill 1 of those MCs to neuter the army).
I'm not a huge fan of the Tervigon in this codex. Its still fairly strong but unless you're spamming Tfexes I think warriors are generally the better choice for this type of list.
I also think you're better off with 2 Tfexes or 2 Exocrines for redundancy and duel threat rather than one of each.

Woops fixed the maths.
I don't plan on having much in the backfield as my Tau opponents tend to just blast it off the board regardless of what I put back there so I'm trying to just make a nice deathball to go down the middle. Warriors will be a tad too squishy to run with the big bugs as Basilisk and Riptides will make short work of them with out having to target them, which leads me to why I'm bringing the Tervigon as it's the toughest synapse Nids have aside from the Flyrants. I need the Exocrine in my list to deal with Paladins and Deathwing as I may come up against them but I also need the T-Fex up front with his 2+ save.
Another + is the only thing in my list aside from the gants that really get effected by poor IB rolls are the Carnifexes as most other don't care too much even if they fail.
I had considered and ADL or Bastion for my backfield but in the end I could not really justify spending all those points to keep my Zoan alive which in itself is a tax I'm paying for my Termagants at the back.

ADL is not for backfield it goes on the half way line protecting your army as it advances turns 1&2.
The issue with the Tfex is it will be ignored (where as 2 can't be ignored). If Deathwing is the issue get 2 Exocrines 1 will be dealt with before it gets in range. You're currently making your opponents targeting decisions easy. You want to make them hard as that forces them to split fire and encourages them to make mistakes.
I understand the issues with warriors but again they make targeting decisions difficult by making your opponent choose where his S8 firepower goes (at the warriors for ID or the MCs as it is what can actually hurt them). Whilst his S4/5 firepower has no good targets unlike in your list where early game it has those gaunts to shoot.

Don't most tau ignore cover? So surely your venomthropes are not an efficient use of points?
Others might have more experience than me, but I worry that your army will be slow to get into combat... and if Tau are your main opponents, you might pay heavily. If I were flying my flyrants into their face, I'd want to support them using gargoyles or similar.

Tau have the most ignore cover but in general it will still be limited to 2-3 units that ignore cover. So the Venonthropes are useful but with only 3+ cover that value decreases as they'll make sure their Ap2-3 shots ignore cover and not bother with the Ap4-6 shots as you'll get your 3+ armour anyway.

Use a bastion. Hide the venomthrope out of Los in the bastion, then you have a bastion and a 6" bubble of cover surrounding the entire bastion. But I'm just spitballing, I can't wait for the next dataslate, you know it's going to give us access to fexes by the dozen.

The Venomthrope forces the Tau to use there markerlights on stripping cover instead of raising BS and they will also be usefull against the non Tau races. Now that it's been pointed out that I was 15 points short instead of 5 I've decided to drop a Venomthrope for 10 Gargoyles to screen for my Flyrants.
Here's hoping for a Mycetic Assault Data Slate! A man can dream...

I'd agree with going two tfex or two exocrines rather than one of each

Just played with the revised list with the Gargoyles and beat a DA player 16-2. I got pretty lucky with Big Guns being the primary objective.
After that game though I think I can see where I'd struggle in some areas. Here are 2 revised list.
List 1
HQ:
Flyrant w/ x2 Devs
Flyrant w/ x2 Devs
Troops:
Tervigon w/ Stinger Salvo
Termagants x30
Elites:
Venomthrope
Zoanthrope
Fast Attack:
Gargoyles x10
Heavy Support:
Dakkafex x2
Tyrannofex w/ Acid Spray, Electroshock Grubs
Tyrannofex w/ Acid Spray, Electroshock Grubs
List 2
HQ:
Flyrant w/ x2 Devs
Flyrant w/ x2 Devs
Troops:
Tervigon w/ Elctroshock Grubs, Cluster Spines
Termagants x30
Elites:
Venomthrope
Zoanthrope
Heavy Support:
Dakkafex x2
Exocrine
Exocrine
Fortifications:
Bastion
I could also sub the Electroshock Grubs on the Tervigon and 2 Dakkafexes out on the 2nd list for 2 Crones.
