Hello, just trying out some lists for competitive but casual game play. I've listed the army below out with the units grouped with their transport to give you a better idea of what i'm going for, i greatly look forward to your input.

The Scourges will start in reserve with the Jetfighter and then will drop in and destroy armor creating an opportunity for the wyches to assault and then the two kabalte raiders will work with the blaster born to create opportunities for my HQ and Incubi to get into combat.

The problem I see with this list is the lack of AT. Your AT is in reserves which may 1.) Not come in on T2 and 2.) Can be intercepted. You may want to trade scourges for ravagers, way more cost effective.

Many things that could be changed... And they are simple little things... Blood brides are terrible, venoms should always get 2 splinter cannons, 3 trueborn with blasters is adequate and the 5th is just a waste, razor flails are a waste as is the fact you have not taken haywire grenades, the warrior squads should have blasters in them, break the scourges into 2 squads, fluckerfields before night shields on the Razorwing...

And personally I would want night shields on all or none of the vehicles

Plus, the Razorwing is ok, but I'd suggest 1-2 ravagers before adding a razorwing.

Swapping the Razorwing for a triple lance Ravager nets a good saving...

Currently I do not have a ravager, however I like the versatility of the Jetfighter when it comes to dealing with larger units, like in an IG army. The raiders all have Dark Lances and the reason I haven't put Blasters in the squads, is that if i'm giving them splinter racks and they are all splintered out it would be a waste of a turn using them to shoot armor, obviously this means i will have to be more careful in how I play them. between the raiders and the blasterborn I would have 7 lances starting on the field so I thought initially this would be sufficient. I do agree with splitting up the scourges and I of course realize how pricey they are but for casual play the opportunity of deepstriking and glancing an opponents prized vehicle to death would be rather priceless so that's why i'm fielding them. i haven't put flickerfield on my flyer as it will be moving at cruising speed and getting the 5+ jink this of course makes hovering not really an option but how often would you have your flyers which lack sufficient armor sitting around hovering easy pray for the standard tactical marine squad. Thank you for all the feedback and I think that the razorflails could go as much as the bloodbrides could be swapped for wyches. again thank you very much for the input, also of course haywires could be added for the majority of the wyches and then as a note the splinter cannon on the venom is to note the additional one that i've taken as in all of the venoms have two splinter cannons.

You seem to have some confusion around the 5+ jink - flyers only get this when they choose to jink (and then only fire snap shots) rather then simply getting it for moving like skimmers.
The jetfighter also has not got hover mode.

Wyches must either all get grenades or none may have them - it's all or nothing

As a rule of thumb, I work on a minimum of 1 dark matter (lance or blaster) shot per 100 points... Ideally it's 1 per 80 or so. I would expect 10-12 lance shots at 1k.

Adding blasters to the infantry lets them engage heavy infantry like termies much more successfully and also gives them a shot at opening tanks if need be. It's versatility in them, not a weakness
