Hey people, not sure if this is the right place. Here goes, I'am tempted by some of the heresy characters in the forge world stuff. Especially if they do a Magnus and Russ one soon. I've had a few issues with forge world resin with bent parts and air bubbles. I just wondered if anyone can say these models have improved quality wise as they are very expensive for the size and model.

My friend has all of the recent primarch releases and a massive pre heresy army and he's never complained about the quality

The older a Forge World model is the lower quality it will be. The Horus Heresy models are huge sellers and are very recent so there will likely be far less defects.

Same with Finecast.

My Angron model had a mis-cast cape.
I called FW & they sent a replacement straight away.
(the guy said they had spares in the office which indicated to me that this is a common issue with this model).
I just got Typhon & apart from a bent handle on the scythe seems pretty clean.

Thanks for the info folks, just didnt fancy spending that money on a poorly cast model.

Its a cool series that has been along time coming.

No actual experience on my part but from what I read on the forums customer service of FW is really good. If you have a problem with your stuff, they send replacements pretty much without arguments.
