Hey all, I've been toying with the following list to see if I can make a list around Maloghurst and the Sons of Horus Reavers with a view of expanding it into a full First Company list (Justaerin/Terminators) .

EDIT: I've updated the list as I realised I couldn't take the Rapier Battery due to the Orbital Assault Rite of Battle I needed to take for the Drop Pods.



I've updated the list to take three drop podding Legion Veteran Squads, two with Melta, one with Plasma and expanded out the Reaver Assault Squads with Jump Packs. I dropped the Centurion as well and the Rapier Battery and Recon squad to make room and took the Tech Marine and Automata as the cheapest way I could see to take another Drop pod for Maloghurst.

I've doubled the number of marines on the field at the start (the Rite of Battle only requires that they can Deepstrike, not that they must) so I shouldn't be so susceptible to alpha strike. The Techmarine with Pod is probably not the best cheap option for Maloghurst. It may be worth swapping out the Flamer Automata for something more useful.

My apologies for the wall of text, does anyone have any suggestions which might improve this list or do you have any experience with Legion assault elements against other Legion lists and 40k armies?
