Quick-fingered Warlord Moderatus

Good morning all, was looking throught the Apoc and Escalation book and was unable to get a clear answer reading, perhaps due to lack of reading comprehension on my part and was looking for an answer.
Can you cast friendly or hostile psyker abilities on Lords of War?
Thanks

Actually, the faq was to update all the imperial armour books to 6th edition, not to faq apocolypse on its own.
Pg. 227 of Imperial Armour 12: The Fall of Orpheus. Under resistances it states that Super Heavy vehicles are immune to psychic powers (friendly or enemy) unless it has a given strength value. This is the book with the most up to date rules for the Necron Gauss Pylon and the Super Heavy rules are listed in the appendix section of the book. General rules for Warhammer 40k are that the rulebook is merely a guideline and the rules contained in your codex supercede those of the rulebook. There is no faq that states otherwise for apocalypse and there are no rules listed in the new apocalypse book for super heavy vehicles and psychic powers, therefore the more in depth rules apply, which are listed in the codex, I.e. Imperial Armour 12

That FAQ is older than the new paocalypse rulebook, isn't it?
Doesn't matter

I'm not sure on the current Apoc book but I do know the escalation rules allow any and all psyker powers to effect super heavies and gargantuan creatures fully. So puppet master works on a Warlord titan :-/

This is completely wrong. IA12 was published before the current Apocalypse rules. The superheavy rules in the back are obsolete and have been replaced by the ones in the new Apocalypse book. And the Pylon has been re-printed in IA:Apocalypse, which uses the current Apocalypse rules and does not include the obsolete psychic powers rule.
