Not sure on the sizes on some of the units (the terminators for example), I'm guessing 25, 25, 10, 3 (4?), 5 and 5 respectively?

The only thing that really stands out as needing changing is the Havocs - you really should stick to weapons with a similar range / strength / ap.
Since the unit can only shoot at one thing a turn, having very different weapons in the unit muddles it's purpose (the current setup is presumably simply the models you have?) - this normally means one or two weapon types at most (autocannons and missile launchers mix reasonably well, each being effective against troops and lighter vehicles). As a side note, Havocs should be avoiding combat, so the powerfist on the champion probably won't see much action unless your opponent often assaults your Havocs (so depending on your regular opponents, it will either be useless or occasionally handy).

I was just adding the items that cost points, I should have made my unit sizes more understandable. To clarify my units sizes

2 groups of 25 cultist
10 chaos space marines
5 terminators
5 raptors
1 helbrute
5 havocs
1 daemon prince
1 rhino

Do you think the havocs are worth keeping or should i get another unit?

I wouldn't say Havocs are bad, but around my meta most folks take Obliterators instead - Havocs are more customiseable (you can load up on special weapons, hop in a Rhino and have fun) but Oblits are more versatile (being able to pick weapon each turn depending on what needs shooting, and being able to move and shoot with Heavy weaps).
