Monstrous Creatures cannot embark into buildings.
Considering that normal C'Tan is MC, I'd assume Transcendent to be one too.

Its not. Its a Gargantuan Creature.
Only infantry can enter buildings. A MC or GC is not infantry.

Thought that it ight have been a mite too good to believe... Thanks for that... Can you point me at the rules for it? I thought that monstrous creatures were infantry for all basic purposes?

not only them, Jump and Jet infantry can too thanks to Strong hold assault refining the building rules.

Stronghold rules are not standard. You need to specifically agree to play by those rules. Simply agreeing to play a game of 40k is not enough.

Actually not, as it's not expansion but count as supplment. Look up at the webpage expansions and it's not there This is how GW makes money, remb that.

Kholzerino, Each Unit Type is independent the others, with some exceptions such as Jump Units and Jet-Pack Units that describe themselves as partnering with another unit type. There are some that 'borrow' rules from others though, and there are a few good debates over when other Unit Types that do this 'borrowing' get to trigger if they are contained within sub-Rules of the Unit Type going on right at this moment. The line between a few Unit Types are getting a lot more blurry, but the Unit Type: Monstrous Creature is still very much it's own entity that has yet to be blurred. I feel the confusion you describe stems from the bold 'fluff' section stating Monstrous Creatures uses many of the same rules as infantry. This bold section is not granting it permission to be considered infantry for all rules, though I have seen some just as badly written 'counts as' before. It is just describing the fact that this particular Unit Type follows all the basic rules for any non-vehicle model which are spread throughout the book. These basic rules are sometimes considered to be 'rules for infantry,' but that is just to make them feel a little bit better. Even the Infantry section pretty much states there is nothing special about them, that the bulk of the Rule Book is written with them as the default. Infantry are simply not special at all, aside from very few times other Rules state they only apply to Infantry.

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures. |

Look at page 15 of the stronghold book. Notice how the updated building rules, including the one about jump and jet infantry being allowed to embark, are described as "optional rule updates" . These updated rules are not standard, nor mandatory. If you do no expressly agree to play by them you should not be expected to play by them.

If I agree to play a game of 40k with you, but neither of us mention any optional rules from any supplements or expansions or whatever and then half way though the game you try and make use of such a rule I should not be expected to abide by this rule or expected to let you use it. This is different to a standard rule where I would be expected to abide by it and let you use it.
