Don't know this is the right forum but I have been reading about how the Khorne Berserker box is so outdated. I agree that a new box would be welcome. However, I was sitting in front of my cabinets with miniatures the other day (I sometimes do that, just looking at my completed miniatures (mad Dutchman, I know)), and spotted my Black Legion army. To say that it is painted....No...I prefer the term "with paint", as it was "painted" in the mid Nineties and I was a rather small lad (age wise, I already was tall). It has Berzerkers. Oldies. Very old. From the time they were made from one piece in glorious metal, had skulls as heads and bare legs;

And when they could take two-handed Chainaxes (see picture above) and Bolters (both in two hands as well as one hand) as well. And also a mohawk! (see picture below);

What do I want to achieve with this thread? Not much really. It is just a shame that you don't see these miniatures that much and some people will have good memories of them.
As the Berzerkers have not changed that much from Ye Olde Days to when they became the, outdated, plastic multi-part-kit, other than weapon options, this shows that the Berzerkers need a new kit. I hope I made some people happy showing these oldies and get many good memories.

Always good to see the older kits, some didn't age well, but some are still nice to see.

I am ALL about the old stuff! The color scheme is a little odd for Khorne Berserkers, but I dig the models nonetheless. I've been tempted by a few eBay auctions with these guys lately, but I think I'll have to resist!

Those guys are a joy to look at. I loved it when Berzerkers were given bolters and not made to look like maniacs.
