Ok, this list needs a fair bit of work.
Firstly, characters. Your Lvl4 needs the Book of Hoeth, and you may want to consider adding a Ward Save too. Putting your
BSB on a Griffon is a bad idea and, in all honestly, including anything on a Griffon isn't great either. You're far better off using the IoB Griffon as a counts-as Eagle, and cobbling together a Noble
BSB out of spare bits. The best set up for the Noble is Heavy Armour, Shield of the Merwyrm, Sword of Might and 15pts of other Magic Items to your taste (feel free to save the points though).
Your Core needs sorting too. Those LSG are in far too small numbers to do anything meaningful, so either use them as Archers or drop the Archers in favour of a more sizeable Spearmen box (using the LSH as Spearmen)
I would also drop the Shadow Warriors completely unless you really like the models (and, to be fair, they are pretty cool models) or have serious monetary cost issues. Shadow Warriors are one of the few bad units in the book, being far too expensive for the minimal damage they're able to put out. Sisters of Avelorn are a far better unit, if you haven't built the box yet. Also not sure where you're getting the Bladelord's points value from either. At any rate, run the Swordmasters as a unit of 7, with nothing but a musician.
The Flamespyre Pheonix is ok but it fulfils the same role as pretty much the entirety of the rest of your army: to take out light infantry. This gives you a lot of redundancy in your list, and will mean you struggle against high armour and/or high toughness targets. Again, if you haven't built the kit, a Frostheart is a far better choice. Drop the upgrades on the Eagles too, and run them as two separate units. Eagles are meant to be chaff, and so should be kept cheap.
You should have saved a good few points here, so I'd use that to either get a sizeable unit of White Lions, that'll pack a punch in combat, or some Bolt Throwers to up your shooting prowess. As Alex hinted at, the kind of list you choose will determine what lore is best to use.
Hope this helps, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
