What book, in your opinion, has the best space naval battle(s) in it?

I want to read some more of them (read the odd one from Ultramarines omnibus) so I can put some in my book.

Cheers

Reputedly Scars (the new one) has good space battles.

I have fond memories of Betrayer's space battles, the unorthodox tactics of Angron's flagship is particularly interesting with its Ursus Claws.

If you don't mind buying forge world some of the Imperial armour books have realy sweet space battles. At least the sexond siege of Vraks book and the second part of the badab war have some realy nice and well told battles. I also agree that Betrayer has some interesting engagements

Aaron Dembski Bowden's Night Lords series has some of my favourite naval battles in it. The battle above Crythe is especially good in the first novel. I really disliked the Exalted until we got a taste of his insanse Naval skills, showing up Abbadon with some pretty risky tactics.

Cheers guys! I will definitely be checking these out! (Is the Night Lords series good? I was looking to buy the first recently as I like Aaron D-B's books)

I quite fancy the grey knights onimbus space battles in book 2.

Haha die meaningless refugee ship! Go ram the chaos cruiser, doing nothing but slowing it. Dont mind the fact that you will all die in the process, because hey, your slowing them down a quarter of a second!

The final book in the Tome of Fire Trilogy has a pretty decent space battle.
