Does anyone know whether the kits (plasma, melta) come with only three special weapon torsos as the text kinda implies, or are the three armless torsos included as well?

I don't know, as the text says three but the pic shows 6 (3 special, 3 armless). The best plan is to shoot FW an email and ask before buying.

I've built a few of these kits. It does come with the 3 extra torsos.

I've got a load of them lying around, no idea what to do with them. Might use them to build Inquisition Acolytes at some point.

Yes, you get three Special Weapons and three bare torsos.

I suspected that this would be the case, but the text made me second guess myself.
