Very often, I'm seeing a lot of use for Slaanesh Princes or Be'lakor for a 2nd HQ choice next to Fateweaver.

Focusing a bit more on the former, would a flying Nurgle Prince work effective enough in replacing a Slaanesh Prince? You trade some pretty good anti-air for a Balesword-wielding, MC-hunter. And to be honest, does one really need that much anti-air with a Slaanesh Prince when Flickering Fire the back armor of most aerial targets other than the Storm Raven usually do a good enough job?

The Nurgle Prince now, with the advent of a lot more MCs like Riptides, Wraithknights, and the Nidzilla lists popping out could be very useful especially against the third. Brood of Dakkafexes? Send him in and wipe them out. Tervigon creating babies? Kill the Tervigon and make the grubs explode. And etc. Going for Biomancy is still going to very useful, though his offensive capabilities aren't as reliant on Psychic Powers going off.

Thoughts?

I would say it could have benefits but is pretty risky. If you fail to kill a MC before they strike there is a very good chance that your DP will be smashed and ID. Worse if the MC stays in terrain then you will go at I1. Be'Lakor is a much better MC hunter BTW.

I would rather have a LoC for my second CD HQ.

Are you really seeing fateweaver and Be'Lakor taken together as DP HQs. This is usually very rare as Be'Lakor replaces fateweaver as your warlord due to Ld10 and removes your warp storm rerolls, ouch. When I take Be'Lakor and fateweaver I always take Fatey as my CD primary HQ and Be'Lakor as my allied CSM HQ.

I run a Fateweaver/GUO list with 2 Nurgle princes, and 1 Tzeentch prince. One thing you need to remember with the Nurgle princes: SnP takes away their ability to perform sweeping advances. If you charge a unit, you need to win through attrition to destroy them. This isn't always an issue, since ATSKNF offers marines protection from sweeping advances anyways.
