So the Hive Tyrant has only two appendage notches per side... How I can build a Tyrant with wings AND two pairs of weapons?

My Tyrant is the old metal one too btw...

I have seen them added to the back. Possibly just dremel holes for the wings to fit in or just glue them in and blend it with greenstuff.

Or if you prefer the six-limbed look, either remove the walking legs (and in some way justify that it doesn't need walky legs, e.g. make it a 'hovering' creature or give it a trygon/mawloc-style tail), or somehow alter the weapon arms to each hold two weapons (much easier if they're duplicate weapons).

Sadly, neither will be too easy in metal...
