Does anyone have any good guides on sculpting wrapped bandages or cloth, like a scarf around someone's head or something like that? What I'm going for is something sort of like this:

A desert scarf or bandages wrapped loosely around someone's head, everywhere but the face.

Should I just apply greenstuff to the figure and sculpt lines into it, or should I actually make thin strips and wrap them around the figure?

Any advice would be helpful, thank you.

I would cut strips of gauze, and then wrap them. That should give you both shape and texture.

Huh, I hadn't thought of anything like that, but I tested it on a mini and it works pretty well. The figure I'm trying to do right now is a smaller scale than I'm used to, so I'll probably have to use something thinner like paper, but this method totally works. Thanks!
