Looking to start a new eldar army but im torn on my options. Heres the 2 ideas I have

Wraith army
Spritseer

5x wraithguard
Serpent
5x wraithguard
Serpent
5x wraithguard
Serpent

2x wraithlord
Wraith knight

Or

Jetseer

6x jet bikes
6x jet bikes
6x jet bikes

2x hornet with 2x pulse lasers
2x hornet with 2x pulse lasers
2x hotnet with 2x pulse lasers

Warp hunter

Both lists are about 1500. I think That's a good start.
Any ideas on which list would be more competitive?

Why would you choose the first one?

The first one is a tough army and I like the whole wraith theme. Overall its quite cliché since alot of people run it.

The second list I like because it os very fast. Im not 100% set on the warp hunter and there might be somes changes.

I suppose the difference between the 2 is one will be bery tough and one very fast.

Im not sure how else to compare them

Well in the second list you have plenty of anti av, but few anti infintry. You face tac marine spam, orks, tyranids, or anything with a decent amount of models and your a gonner. In the first list the only thing i would change would be to drop the 2 wraith lords for another wraithknight. One wraithkngiht is good, 2 are amazing.
as for which is better, i think the first just because it can deal with the types of lists list 2 cant.

Your 2nd list basically has 18 Marines(in terms of survivability) for the entire scoring base of the army. Those "marines" have LD8, so there's a serious chance that you'll lose the entire squad if you only lose 2.

It also has 6 AV11 Skimmers and one AV12 Skimmer as its entire firepower. That's not a lot of survivability, and how do you expect to deal with a horde list or any Chaos Daemon army or any Tyranid army or basically any other Eldar army? Talking competitively, of course.

Against a small elite army, you might have a very good chance, especially if you're going first.

Actually, now that I'm thinking it through, those 6 Hornets pack a helluva punch. But they're unsupported by anything else that's threatening, so your opponent will focus them down. AV11 isn't that tough. And your alpha strike isn't THAT strong, you can only kill 3 units per turn, less if they're infantry and GTG for 2+ or 3+ cover. Which against most of the lists out there just isn't enough.

Your Wraith list is more balanced, able to take on more lists with more consistency. As such I feel it's the better one.

Thanks for the advice everyone. Im going for the first list. I got my hands on the ghost warriors box so i just need the serpents now. Th wratihknight from the first list will also make a great addition to my Tau list so i can finally go Taudar or Fardar as i un a all enclave list.
