yo, I don't know any tau or elder players and most other armies don't have to much AP 2, and terminators are awesome. so, im waondering what you think of this list

Right so from the top:

Captain needs a Shield Eternal and Thunder hammer to be worth it.

First tactical squad is illegal, second is pointless. Best config for 5 man squads is special weapon and matched combi in a Rhino. Yours are very out in the open

Terminator squads need Assault Cannons or Cyclones. Never more than 1 chain fist unless you're combat squad (in which case 2 is viable). But to be honest you may just be better off with CC Terminators.

What armies do you play against. Not Eldar or Tau, but IG have loads of Ap2, ditto marines, DE, Necrons have lots of Ap1, chaoscan spam plasma, whilst Nids are practically an entire army if Ap2. So what are you facing? The only army left is Orks and Terminators suck against Orks.

If your opponent takes a Vindicator your day won't be great.

The only army I know of which will struggle against this is Sisters of Battle. Every other army either has lots of shots to drown you in saves, or lots of AP2, or lots of rending.

Deep striking 10 termies creates a huge target on the turn they arrive. If your opponent has any blast weapons (plasma cannons, tfc's) they will make short work of them.

10 tactical marines is the entire of your scoring ability and would likely face a tonne of fire power at this points level. Once those are wiped out your opponent just needs to avoid the terminators or focus fire them.
