What armour does the new dwarf character from WD have?

The Army Book isn't out yet, and there's no way of knowing from just from the model. Being a SC, he's probably got some form of unique magic/runic armour. If not, Gromril is a strong bet.

He is immune to kb and hkb, has a +1 str hammer and some other stuff, is also ws8!!! So it looks like dwarf lords got a little buff

Yeah it's in the white dwarf, btw the white dwarf was better than the last few but not a marked improvement

He has 4 WS8 attacks. Which he can double for one combat phase. And he has +1 to wound. And ASF. And immune to HKB. And a 4+ ward. And the description states he has gromril armour,

This sounds pretty awesome actually. Especially for a guy whose model looks like he wants to give you a hug.

What's his base strength (4 I presume)? And how many points is he?

Base strength 4, hammer gives him +1 to wound.
Dwarf Lords needed this.

Here is hoping the +1 to wound.is a stackable rune!

Yeah the "Full Rules" seemed to have missed out what his armour does ...............

His magic items appear to be just magical with no mention of Runes

I'm thinking.the lack of.runes and info on the armour may be intentional as the wd is usually made a month in advance and the items may have changed or.not even been written by.then

Yep it's a stretch all right, but gw and there publications are not known for honesty, did you see.the nid e book they advertised as having "all New information on the great devourer" and it.had NO new info at all
